VIENA MEETING 6th and 7th of october 2016

 We celebrated our meeting in Vienna at pedagogische hochschule in Vienna where we continued working on the descriptors of competences till we reached agreements o them. We got into our e-Twinning group and practised with Adobe Connect as a video-conference tool inside e-Twinning.

We distributed the work on the creation of two online courses, one for initial teachers and another one for their mentors.

We started to plan the distribution of the good practices evidences in each competence and planned our next video-conference meetings.

We keep on working hard through the platform.

DISSEMINATION EVENT IN CASTILLA Y LEÓN

The second of june our project has been presented to 150 teachers, headmasters and teacher trainers of Castilla y León.

The congress was held in the Cortes of Castilla León which are the headquarters of the regional government.

We also counted with the presence of Fernando Rey, the Education Counselor of the region.

The project was presented by Ángel Rodríguez Sánchez, the director of CAFI, Douglas Angus, our partner from LFEE Scotland and Javier Magdaleno representing the Consejería of Castilla León.

It was a great success and everybody was impressed by our work and by the goals of the project.

So, from castilla Leon we have all the support for our work.

TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN VILNIUS

The 12th and 13th of May we had our transnational meeting in Vilnius.

We worked really hard and reachedthe agreements necessary for the definition of competences, sub-competences and levels of achievement.

„Erasmus+“ programos projekto partnerių susitikimas Lietuvoje

2016 m. gegužės 11–14 d. Ugdymo plėtotės centre vyko Europos Sąjungos „Erasmus+“ programos projekto „Mokytojų profesinės kompetencijos bendroji sąranga“ (Teachers Professional Competences Common framework) partnerių susitikimas. Jame dalyvavo atstovai iš Škotijos, Ispanijos Galisijos regiono, Ispanijos Kastilijos ir Leono regiono, Austrijos, Portugalijos ir Lietuvos švietimo institucijų.

Vienas svarbiausių projekto tikslų – palyginti Ispanijos, Portugalijos, Škotijos, Austrijos ir Lietuvos mokytojų profesines kompetencijas. Per darbo grupės susitikimą partneriai dalijosi patirtimi, lygino turimus profesinių mokytojų kompetencijų aprašus, siekdami sudaryti bendrą visoms projekto šalims mokytojų profesinių kompetencijų aprašo struktūrą ir išskirti mokytojo darbui būtiniausias kompetencijas. Darbo grupė, sudaryta iš 11 asmenų, intensyviai dirbo Ugdymo plėtotės centre, lankėsi Vilniaus Tuskulėnų gimnazijoje, dalyvavo pažintinėse ekskursijose po Vilniaus senamiestį, Trakus, Druskininkus, Kauną.

Gegužės 11–15 d. šalia projekto dalyvių vizito įvyko ir institucinis bendradarbiavimo vizitas. Jame dalyvavo Galisijos regiono, Santjago de Kompostelos miesto Autonominio švietimo ir inovacijų centro (CAFI) direktorius Ángel Rodríguez Sánchez ir Pontavedros miesto Regioninio švietimo centro (CFR Pontevedra) direktorius p. Jesús Álvarez Bértolo. Direktoriai lankėsi Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo ir mokslo ministerijos Pedagogų veiklos skyriuje, Ugdymo plėtotės centre, susitiko su centro direktoriumi Giedriumi Vaideliu, susipažino su keliomis ugdymo įstaigomis: Balsių pagrindine mokykla, Antakalnio gimnazija ir Vilniaus paslaugų verslo darbuotojų profesinio rengimo centru. Laisvu laiku po oficialių susitikimų švietimo centrų vadovai apžiūrėjo Kauno, Druskininkų miestų istorijos, architektūros, gamtos ir kultūros paminklus.

DISSEMINATION EVENT IN PEDAGOGISCHE HOCHSCHULE VIENA

Monday, the 4th of April took part the anual "Day of Research" at PH Vienna. 

In the framework of a gallery walk, where actual research projects of PH Vienna were presented, Ursula Mauric, Andrea Greiner and Martin Sankofi gave information and answered questions about the MCCPD-Project to a public of 150 students, university-teachers and guests of the PH Vienna. 

Vice-Rector Wolfgang Greller opened the conference.

DISSEMINATION OF OUR PROJECT IN AUSTRIA

On Monday 29th of February the MCCPD project was presented to a group of researchers at the department of further education and educational cooperation at Vienna University-College of Teacher Education. The aim was to reflect on possible starting points for research work related to this project within the target fields of the department. Also it was discussed, what could help to make MCCPD a sustainable project for our University-College.

TEACHING COMPETENCES

 

The teacher training and education equity department of the consejería de educación of Castilla y León is one of the partners involved in an Erasmus + project to achieve a Teaching Competence Common Framework agreed with partners from Austria, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Scotland. The main goal is to establish a proposal of teacher competences which can be transferred to any education system in Europe and in the world.

The partners are:

• Consejería de educación of Castilla Leon.
• CAFI, Centro autonómico de formación e innovación from Galicia, Spain.
• Ugdymo Pletotes Centras from Lithuania.
• LFEE from Scotland
• Politécnica de Leiria
• Pädagogische Hochschule Wien

The project will last from 2015 to 2018. It has decided to disseminate the work using social media such as twitter, instagram, youtube, blogger and all of them framed in the project webpage: http://www.edu.xunta.es/centros/erasmusplusmccpd/

We are looking forward to creating and sharing the teacher competences required for teachers based on the experience and background of the different institutions involved.

Auftaktmeeting zum EU-Projekt MCCPD

In Santiago de Compostela trafen sich vom 25. – 29. Jänner 2016 die Projektpartner aus Spanien, Portugal, Schottland, Litauen und Österreich, um im Rahmen eines dreijährigen Erasmus+ Projekts die Arbeit an einem gemeinsamen Referenzrahmen für die Kompetenzen von Lehrer/innen aufzunehmen.

Unsere Bildungssysteme sind sich ähnlich – und doch unterscheiden sie sich in wichtigen Bereichen. Ein wichtiges Element des Kennenlernens: In welchen systemischen Kontexten entstanden unsere jeweiligen Schwerpunkte in Hinblick auf Lehrer/innenkompetenzen?

Das Projekt trägt den spanischen Titel «Un marco común de competencias professionales docentes» und soll mit drei grundlegenden Ergebnissen zur Implementierung der wesentlichen Kompetenzen für den Lehrberuf beitragen: Die Partner führen ihre jeweiligen nationalen Kompetenzmodelle für Aus- und Fortbildung von Lehrpersonen in einem gemeinsamen Kompetenzrahmen zusammen. Dieser dient in der Folge als Grundlage für die Erstellung von Instrumenten für Bedarfserhebung und für Evaluation von Aus- und Fortbildung. Auch sollen Online-Activities erarbeitet und ein Best Practice Guide erstellt werden.
